Ingredients
- Fresh pasta (spaghetti) 100g
- Lemon 1 pc
- Butter 100g
- Salt
Method
- Cook the pasta in salted water.
- Sauce: pasta water + lemon juice, simmer briefly.
- Stir in butter for creaminess.
- Drain pasta, toss in the sauce, grate lemon zest on top.
